The Chino Commercial Bank’s Web Portal is a secure web-based solution for Bank customers and prospective customers. All users must create an account, which uses a Username, a Password, and a valid cell phone number for two factor authentication.

The Portal offers a safe environment for submitting supporting documentation (File Upload) to the bank. Unlike email submissions, all files are scanned for potential threats and encrypted before they get to us.

Also, the Web Portal can be used to apply for a new product that our bank is offering. Users may work on, or amend applications in one or more visits to the Portal, however, once an application has been submitted to the Bank, its content will no longer be visible on the Portal. Only minimal information needed to identify an application will be displayed. Users can continue to use the Portal to check the progress on their applications. Subsequent changes can be made by contacting the bank directly.
